Image resolution: 200dpi - 300dpi, images in plain scale. (Please inform us in advance if you submit hand-drawn designs or other formats) Color mode: CMYK

Printing:
Marugame Uchiwa fans will be made with the support of Kagawa Uchiwa Cooperative Federation and other related groups. Designs will be printed on Japanese paper with Epson inkjet printers. (See Attached printed example) Please attach a printed example of your design when you send the materials. FUNFAN Exhibition Organization will be responsible for the final proofreading. Small adjustments may be made.
Submission Deadline:
First deadline : 31st May, 2011
Second deadline : 30th June, 2011
Third deadline : 31st July, 2011
We will accept designs after the last deadline. But they will be used in 2012 project. The details of 2012 Project will be revealed in 2012.
others:
1) Revenue from FUNFAN sales will be put towards the costs of production and of exhibiting the fans. All profits will be donated to charity.
2) The right to exhibit the design remains with the designer. However, for the purposes of promoting and managing this exhibition, the designers give the exhibitors the right to reproduce the designs in print, exhibit them, and display them on the exhibition website.
